I am pleased to announce that Deena Spires will transition into a new role as the Osage District Executive, serving Franklin, Crawford, and Warren Counties, effective July 16th.

In the past year, Deena has made significant contributions to the growth and development of Scouting in the Ozark Trailblazers and Sioux Districts. She successfully secured Dr. Keith Zoromski, Provost of Mineral Area College, as the District Chair, strengthening community partnerships and leadership. Deena was instrumental in recruiting two new merit badge sponsors, expanding advancement opportunities for Scouts. Her efforts also led to the establishment of two new Scouting units in the Sioux District..

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Deena recently married and relocated to Hermann, Missouri. As she transitions to the Osage District, she is eager to continue the impactful work Ken Etter has been dedicated to for the past 19 years, bringing her passion and experience to support and grow Scouting in her new community.

Please join me in welcoming Deena to her new role.
